I'm Grace Cohan. I am a classically trained pastry chef & chocolatier.  I grew up in Cleveland, but have traveled all over the world. I spent time in West Africa, with the Peace Corps. I moved back here after living in Austin, TX for more than ten years, where I worked in restaurants, hotels, and chocolate factories. I am here to bring you my brand of good eats and sweet treats!
